We all have gotten really comfortable navigating our computers to do our shopping for us over the last 7 months, right? Well, buckle up, because now is our time to shine. Have your kids recently gone back to school and need school supplies or new clothes? Amazon Prime day. Have you started cooking more now that you eat every meal at home and wish you had a few more kitchen gadgets? Boom! Amazon Prime day. Christmas is just a few short months away and if your kids are like mine, they have already started to create their list for Santa. Amazon Prime day!

Amazon Prime Day starts RIGHT NOW! Over the next two days, Amazon is rumored to offer over a million different sales on some of their most popular items. Now is the perfect time to get a jump start on your holiday shopping or treat yourself to a few items on your wish list.

Let’s get to it!

First of all, you need to be an Amazon Prime member to be able to access the one million deals Prime Day will make available. Not a member yet? Take advantage of the 30-day free trial right now, and cancel before the 30 days end if you decide you don’t love the benefits.

Secondly, go to Amazon to view all of the Prime Day Sales. Prime Day deals will have a blue badge to help you visually see the sale right away. Check out the screenshot below so you know what you are looking for exactly. Prime Day sales are not necessarily ongoing for the entire two days. So if you see a deal check out the timer under the deal price. There will be lightning deals during Prime Day. A lightning deal is a promotion in which a limited number of discounts are offered on an item for a short period. So be sure to add these lightning deals to your cart and check out ASAP so you don’t miss out on the amazing pricing.

Lastly, start shopping! The best way to shop is through the Amazon app on your phone. By using the app you can preview upcoming deals and add yourself to the watch list. When the Prime Day sale goes live you will get a notification on your phone. At that point, you can purchase immediately, I don’t want you to miss the deal as sales are as supplies last for many items.
