Hospital Swag Bag. Fun Etsy Finds for the Hospital

It is getting so close to the baby’s due date. We have now made it past the HUGE 24 weeks milestone, where baby can survive outside the womb!! Which means I have finally taken a deep-ish breath. And, naturally, have started shopping for all the fun things I want to have for the baby’s arrival. One of the best places I found for custom unique gifts is Etsy.

I compiled a list of my most fave items from Etsy. These five recommendations are all products I am purchasing for our hospital swag bag. Baby’s Coming Home Outfit

We are on Team Green. We did not find out the sex of the baby at our 20-week ultrasound, so it is going to be quite an amazing surprise when this little one joins our crew in April. This outfit will be perfect for our little son or daughter to wear on the day we bring them home from the hospital. What do you think? Are we going to be using, the headband or the hat? My guess is headband!!

Gift for Daddy

Levi did help pick out this bracelet because I wanted to make sure it was something he would wear. Apparently, I could have kept it a surprise because he picked out the exact bracelet I would have purchased. I feel like Dad’s sometimes get left out. I mean don’t get me wrong, women do all of the amazingly hard work when it comes to actually birthing children. In fact, thinking about going through that whole process again is enough to make me have an anxiety attack. HOWEVER, Levi was by me every step of the way delivering Henry and never once commented about any of the unpleasantries he witnessed (and I am pretty sure I pooped myself). Plus he is an amazing Daddy!

Robe + Swaddle

Aren’t these just precious? We have a photographer coming to do the first 48 hour pictures at the hospital after the baby arrives. I remember not feeling super glamourous after delivering Henry, and being able to throw on a silky feminine robe sounds phenomenal. Now I just need to find someone that will come work miracles and do my hair and makeup.

Matching Sibling Shirts

One of the most special moments is going to be when these three amigos get to meet and be together for the first time. You better believe I am going to have them in adorable matching shirts!

Birthstone Necklace

Not typically a big jewelry gal, I am super excited to purchase this necklace. I will wait for the baby’s actual birthday so I can make sure to order the correct stone, but I am pretty sure once I put this on I won’t be taking it off very often.
